Obuse Onsen: Kannon No Yu

Just outside the historic town of Obuse you will find Kannon-no yu, a hot spring on a hillside overlooking the mountains. There are separate indoor and outdoor baths for men and women. The water is natural hot spring water and a white colour due to the sulfur in the water.
